INTRODUCTION
Accord Construction Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 1995 by combining the expertise and experience of three successful personalities in the building and construction industry, namely Mr. Chan Boon Wah, the builder, Dato' Michael L.C.Ong, the chartered architect and interior designer and Dato' Dr. Jennifer Low (JP), the partner of the established Quill Group of Companies.
The Managing Director of Accord Construction Sdn Bhd, Mr. Chan Boon Wah has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He was the Executive Director and one of the founding members of the established public listed company Chew Piau Berhad. Mr Chan has been personally involved in every project undertaken by the company including site organisation, project control and administration. His personal involvement contributes to the successful and timely completion of projects undertaken by the company.
Dato' Michael L.C.Ong is a Corporate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and a Corporate Member of Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia. Dato' Michael Ong set up the highly successful Quill Group, which is one of the leading multi disciplinary property groups in Malaysia with its in-house teams of Architects, Engineers, Space Planners, Builders and Interior Designers. He has earned high standing and reputation with his extensive experience in the design and build (Turnkey) of many prestigious projects.
Accord Construction Sdn Bhd has been certified by SIRIM QAS International for the Quality Management System in compliance with MS ISO 9001:2008. The company is managed and supported by a team of dedicated and experienced professional and administrative staff both in the office as well as on every project site.
With the proven track record, Accord Construction Sdn Bhd enjoys ready support from skilled tradesmen, sub-contractors, material suppliers and financial institutions. The company has adequate financial and manpower resources to undertake any major civil engineering and building projects.
